Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. We recommend that customers return goods for refund or exchange using a trackable method, proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of delivery, we recommend that you use a method that will require a signature. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange unless originally agreed.
All items unless faulty or wrongly picked by us may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for an alternative item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
In the event of there being a problem with your purchase we ask that you always let us know as soon as possible, we are always happy to assist you.
