Delivery Terms and Conditions
Despatch of goods:
Items that are in stock at the time of ordering will normally be sent out the same day if ordered before 3pm.
Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail tracked service.
Larger items are sent by DHL next working day service.
We send very large or heavy items like tanks and hosereels on a 2-3 day pallet service.
In the event that the goods ordered are not in stock we will notify you of any possible delays at which point you will have the right to cancel the order and a full refund will be issued if you did not wish to continue.
Where delivery is made by carrier and no-one is available to sign for the consignment, a card will be left. After 2 attempts at delivery the goods will be returned to HydraMaster at the customers cost.
Goods can be left in a ‘safe place’ if requested, but you will be solely responsible in the event that the goods go missing.

Delivery by carrier will normally be Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm.
Where goods are damaged on receipt, or the delivered goods do not match the order/invoice, HydraMaster must be notified immediately.
HydraMaster cannot be held responsible if goods go missing after they have been delivered.
HydraMaster cannot be held responsible if goods do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering their address details.
