Dear John, It is with great pleasure i write to personally thank you and the HydraMaster team for your continued support and outstanding service leading up to and during the purchase of our new Boxxer 318. Not knowing initially what machine would be most beneficial to us, we decided to visit several truckmount distributors. I have to say i was quite disappointed with the lack of field knowledge and i didn't really feel like they had my best interests at heart. With HydraMaster i had a totally different experience, my needs were identified and along with impartial advice, i was able to rely on HydraMaster to guide us and ensure we came away with the right product. As the type of work we are currently getting is mostly residential and light commercial, we decided that the decision lay with the Boxxer 318 and 421. After trying out both machines and comparing value against performance, it really didn't take me long to decide which machine was going to be best for us. The Boxxer 318 is very deceiving in looks. For such a compact machine, it has outstanding performance and i noticed little difference between the two in both temperature and suction. I also wanted to make sure i kept within my budget without sacrificing performance and i can honestly say that the 318 has ticked every box for me. I truly believe HydraMaster have a winning machine on their hands here and if you're in the market for a new machine, i would highly recommend the Boxxer 318.

Hydramaster are for my money the only truckmount company to deal with. Their product knowledge, problem solving ability and straight talking no frills attitude has never let my buisness down since my first spitfire 4.0 purchase in 2000. The subsequent maxx450 has surpassed all expectations and has delivered outstanding performance for 4 years. To John, Craig, Martin, Lorraine and the team, well done. The service centre at Oxford is a superb facility and the launch of the Titan is eagerly awaited, as is our 1st trip to the open weekend in summer 2008. carry on the great work guys.

RDM - Faster than a rocket..

One of my more recent purchases off Hydramaster was a RDM (rotary DriMaster) I already have an RX20, which is fantastic for really dirty pub carpet etc, but I though the RDM would be good for residential, how wrong I was ! Its even fantastic on filthy pub carpet as well as commercial glue downs/ It cleans so well I cant even believe it myself and the dry times are very fast.

Just a quick line to let you know how pleased I am with my new Maxx 470, Craig and Martin did an excellent fitting job and it all looks nice and professional, they were both very helpful and accommodating, thus a credit to your company. It was a friendly day whilst we were there and we left to drive home with a “Feel Good Factor”, overall it has been a very pleasant buying experience which is rare nowadays and I would not hesitate to recommend your company.
